Indulge in the egg coffee making class in which our professional English-speaking teacher will share with you a lot of interesting stories about Vietnamese. And that’s not all. Take a leisurely excursion around Hanoi on a private cyclo ride to Hoan Kiem Lake and see the highlights of the French Quarter and the Old Quarter. You also get to try Vietnamese “Pho” and a local dessert as well. Highlights including: • Give you relaxing and slow-pace ride • Meet up with your friendly guide • Listen to many historical and cultural information • Try local food and drink • Make your own egg coffee

If you choose the option without the puppet show, you can be dropped off at your hotel within Old Quater area (on request). If you choose the option with the puppet show, the tour will end at the puppet theater.

Old Quarter

Starting from Cafe Minh after the egg coffee class. Start with egg coffee class at Cafe Minh (53B Lương Ngọc Quyến street), only a few meters from Ta Hien Beer street. Meet the teacher who will introduce everything to you from history and culture. Roll up your sleeves and prepare the ingredients. Step by step, the teacher will explain carefully and thoroughly the way of making your coffee and also some tips to make your coffee taste better. Also get the chance to become an “artist” decorating your egg coffee with beautiful patterns. Last will be pictures and enjoying time.

After that, you will get on the cyclo and sit relaxing, discovering Hanoi streets, lakes and observing local daily activities. Our guide will introduce you to Hanoi corners and their interesting underlying stories. He/She will make your tour absolutely informative, comfortable and full of fun.

If you choose the option with a water puppet show, our guide will lead you to the theater and give you the ticket. We had amazing time with Ruby learning and making egg coffees, going around the Old Quarter in a cyclo ending with a very cultural and entertaining puppet show. Highly recommend Ruby for a fun evening in Hanoi

This was a great experience. Ruby was a gem and she was an excellent teacher whose English was perfect with an American accent even. She taught us to make 4 types of coffee while we frothed and poured. I learned a new party trick to enjoy. The Cyclo ride was for an hour and we toured around stopping at the Opera house and the Catholic church. Experiencing traffic from a seat had a few WOW moments. Highly recommend for anyone, and I don't actually like coffee, but I may like it now.
