Itinerary

  • Thean Hou Temple

Thean Hou Temple is one of the oldest and largest temples in Southeast Asia. Southwest of the city, it is a popular tourist attraction and is located along Jalan Klang Lama. Overlooking the Federal highway, the six-tiered Buddhist temple is also known as the Temple of the Goddess of Heaven. Dedicated to Tian Hou, a goddess said to protect fishermen, the temple is also a shrine where many come to worship Guan Yin, the Goddess of Mercy. Built by KL’s Hainanese community in 1894, it is set on a hill and offers wonderful views of the city.

    20 minutes

  • Little India Brickfields (Pass By)

Little India Brickfields is a vastly different world than nearby Bangsar. Brickfields is Malaysia’s official Little India and used to be a simple residential neighbourhood just outside KL but was recently transformed into a wide street with Indian stores and restaurants run by the country’s Indian community. The shops here sell everything from traditional Indian goods such as saris, flower garlands, spices and Bollywood music, to local delicacies such as vadai, thosai (Indian pancakes made from fermented rice flour) and more. Since its transformation, Little India Brickfields has turned into one of KL’s trademark tourist hotspots not only because of the wares found here but for its proximity to KL Sentral station.

  • Istana Negara

Istana Negara is Malaysia’s National Palace. Built in 1928, it is located along Jalan Istana and the 13-acre castle used to be the official residence of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong (King) of Malaysia. In June 2011, it was replaced by a new, extravagant RM800 million palace near Jalan Duta, Kuala Lumpur. Like the old palace, the RM800 million complex is not open to the public. Visitors are only able to catch a glimpse of the magnificent and ostentatious complex along Jalan Duta from outside its entrance gates. Works for the construction of the new castle began in mid-2007, with the palace fully completed in June 2011.

    20 minutes

  • Taman Botani Perdana (Pass By)

Tun Abdul Razak Heritage Park offers hours of fun activities and sightseeing opportunities for just about any visitor, from nature lovers to families with little ones. More commonly known as Lake Gardens, this sprawling 227-acre park is located right in the middle of Kuala Lumpur and is reachable via buses, taxis and KTM rail services. The park is open every day between 07:00 and 20:00 and, while it’s free to enter, you are required to pay an entrance fee when visiting certain landmarks within the grounds. One of the largest urban parks in the city centre, it was originally established by the 19th century British state treasurer to Malaya, Alfred Venning, in the 1890s. Among the most significant landmarks in the park, the majestic Carcosa Seri Negara – the official residence of former British government representative Frank Swettenham – is located on one of the park’s hills. Over the last 20 years, the park’s spectacular landscaping has become more impressive.

  • Lake Symphony

In this spectacular fountain scene, dozens of water jets in the park’s artificial lake will shoot up in the air, and colorful beams of light dance through the water. The harmony of water and bright colors make the scene more sparkling and radiant. With two fountains with an intelligent display of water, the Symphony Lake has five programs with 380 individually sequence defects of water that shoot up to a maximum height of 42 m. While waiting for the show to start around 8pm, you can enjoy shopping at the nearby Suria KLCC, housing over 320 high-end local and international retailers, brands represented include Coach, Kate Spade and Jimmy Choo. But, don't forget to get back to Lake Symphony to catch the KLCC fountain water show!!

    45 minutes

  • The River of Life

The River of Life Kuala Lumpur has been listed in world’s top 10 Waterfront Districts by The Independent, United Kingdom’s online news portal, recently. Equipped with a Dancing Symphony Fountain, Blue Corridor, fog and lighting effects, visitors can expect a stunning visual experience when visiting this stretch of riverfront at the heart of KL. Arrive here around 9pm to catch the show which occur every 15 minutes until 10pm.

    20 minutes

  • Saloma Link Bridge

Conclude your night tour with a visit to Saloma Bridge. This beautiful bridge is a heartfelt tribute to Saloma, a famous Malaysian singer, and actress known as the "Queen of Malay Cinema" in the late 1950s, as a living memorial to her. As the day turns into night, the Saloma Bridge transforms into a stunning display of colours, lighting up the Klang River with its magical glow, making it a must-see sight that visitors will never forget.

Visit to KL Tower and Twin Towers garden

Published on Jul, 2024

Excellent driver, full of information about KL. Thanks to Rajan for a very pleasant and informative trip. And for making sure we got on safely. Best regards, Morten Hein Hansen, Denmark

Malaysia a must visit

Published on Jun, 2024

A visit to Malaysia is highly recommended. However, if you cannot stand hot humid weather, then it is not a country to visit. Timing is important - tour early and from 15H00 onwards. The evenings are beautiful and much to see. The food is excellent and affordable. The people are friendly and most helpful. Penang is a must see city. Try to book in at the St Giles Hotel - central - plenty shops and places of interest and the bus service is across the road.

Fun memorable night out

It was an incredible way to see Kuala Lumpur by night. Our driver Albinhar bin Mohd Fikal was very knowledgeable and interactive explaining and guiding us through all the sites we went thru. We had fun with him and enjoyed the tour thoroughly

The driver was excellent and very nice. 司机非常和善,服务非常好。 Short AND impressive tour in the city. 时间很短,但是这个路线非常精华。 I would like to come again AND know more about this country. 我希望能再来这里,进一步了解这个国家的文化。 Malaysia is a strongly recommended place to visit. 马来西亚值得推荐。 谢谢!
