The whole experience with TripGuru was a phenomenal one! We booked two shared experiences as a couple and received a 20% discount because of booking two tours at once. We were lucky enough to get a private tour on both days as there were no other people on our tours. Due to poor planning on our part we booked the tours last minute at 9pm the night before. We were very grateful that Ketut, the organizer of all the Bali TripGuru tours, went the extra mile and decided to be our guide the next morning for the Kintamani Tour (he hasn't been guiding tours in almost a year since he is now the organizer) as every other guide was already leading a tour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, spoke English well, answered our questions and was flexible with timing at each location. Thanks also to our driver Wayan for helping out last minute and being so kind to us. The Kintamani Tour is fantastic because it provides a blend of beautiful scenic spots while sharing Balinese cultural performances and activities. On day 2 we went on the Gitgit and Alingaling Waterfalls Tour with the lively and comical Komang. We cannot say enough good things about Komang! He has a great energy about him and loves to connect with visitors from all over the world. We couldn't imagine a better guide than him! He loves to learn and clearly has a passion for his job. He is very knowledgeable, has many recommendations, is a very good English speaker and allows you the time to stay at each stop long enough so that you never feel rushed. He was nice enough to go out of his way to drop us off up north at Lovina Beach. This is a beautiful scenic tour with so many great sites to see!
