Let me tell you this tour did not disappoint. We decided to book a private tour for our family of nine while we were in Ballycastle for our wedding. Communication was very efficient and they were able to accommodate us by locating a bus that could fit us all, which was very nice and cozy. Our bus driver was very kind and we felt very safe. Our tour guide Flip was beyond amazing! He was so knowledgeable about Northern Ireland, and Ireland in general. He explained different sights and gave back stories to anything of significance, all while answering all of our questions we threw at him. By the end of the tour, he was pretty much part of the family. We loved to hear about the culture and each sight we stopped at was beautiful. Our families could not stop talking about this particular tour and we would most certainly book it again next time we visit Ireland. Thank you Flip for everything, you are always welcome to join our family if you ever make it to the states!

Flip was amazing in all ways! Patient, timely, friendly and considerate. No problem with two young children felt safe and looked after all day. Got to all the sights we wanted to see and even had a nice lunch in between! Would do it again %!

Flip our tour guide was so informative about everything from Belfast to Ballycastle. He told us about the geology, flora, fauna and history of the area. He's a great story-teller and told us about the behind-the-scenes events during the filming of Game of Thrones. My favourite story was the legend of Finn McCool and how the Giant's Causeway was made. The views he showed us along the coastal drive were magnificent, and once he found out that my husband was interested in maps, he was careful to point out the maps at the tourist stops. Flip also scheduled in breaks as we needed them and we had a delicious lunch at the O'Connor pub in Ballycastle. Giant Tours is a comfortable, safe and entertaining way to see the Causeway Coast.

Having traveled using private guides for years, I have seen the bad, the good, and the exceptional…Flip is exceptional!! From my first communication with him, he was responsive and a delight to work with in tweaking our 2 days in Belfast. We had an interesting history together, as I first booked in 2020, then again in 2021, and finally decided to wait until 2024. Flip communicated with me all these years and held our spot until we finally made it. This tour was worth the wait. Flip knows Ireland, and how to make you feel welcome, and like you are part of the family. You can’t buy that. He kept us entertained, made us feel like we were totally being taken care of (my sister recently injured her knee, and Flip took great care to be sure she was comfortable and safe.) His history with Game of Thrones puts him in a unique position to really deliver the best experience possible. Flip showed us places and things that you will not get on other tours. I am having trouble even writing this review because I can’t put into words the feeling that we all came away with. As our 2 days came to an end, we felt like we were leaving family behind. In our 14 days in Scotland and Ireland, we had a remarkable time with some great private guides, but none came close to Flip in knowledge, personality, and generosity of spirit!

Book this guy!! You won't regret it. We had a full day of fun when our ship docked in Belfast. Flip Robinson was our guide. We were picked up on time in nice Mercedes van. We were a group of 6, ages 15 to 76. He had water for us in the car. He helped my mother in and out of the car at each stop. We went to the Giant's causeway and Flip took us to see beautiful caves where scenes from some shows had been filmed. He also took us to old castles, beautiful rural countryside to see lime kilns, and a fabulous local restaurant for lunch. It was clear that he knew everyone and thoroughly enjoyed his job. I was struck by how knowledgeable and experienced he is. At the giant's causeway he explained the different rock types and how they formed as well as story of Finn McCool. He educated me about some more recent Irish history. My parents and my kids all loved it. If I go back, I will book another tour with Flip.
