Overview

Guided by professional tour guide, it's time to start your adventurous journey at Yangmingshan National Park and Beitou! Starting from Taipei Main Station, you'll visit the magnificent Yangmingshan National Park, admire the seasonal blooming beautiful flowers. Qingtiangang Grassland is worthy of your visit, too, then you'll see the cute buffalos on the hills while you scan through the view of Taipei. The mystical hot springs at Lengshuikeng and the volcanic lake of Xiao You Keng are spots you can't miss out as well. Continuing to explore the culturally-rich Yangmingshan Literary House. (Yangmingshuwu) Furthermore, you can learn about the history and culture of Taiwan's hot springs at Beitou Hot Spring Museum. Take a leisurely stroll around the Geothermal Valley Park and the green-building Library. Last but not least, we will head to the world-renowned Shilin Night Market as the end of the trip, where you can enjoy Taiwanese cuisine and signature snacks.

    Yangmingshan National Park is located in Taipei and boasts globally unique volcanic terrain, hot spring, and beautiful flowers throughout the four seasons. You will visit famous sites in Yangmingshan: Lengshuikeng Recreation Area, Qingtiangang Grassland and Xiaoyoukeng.

    Zhuzihu is renowned for its abundant and beautiful flowers, with spring showcasing the enchanting hydrangeas and calla lilies. Johnny the guide, my man, Awesome personality, always helpful and ready to answer any odd questions about Taiwan or the places that we go to. The Grassland og Yangmingshan was the highlight of the trip as the weather was fantastic and we could see Taipei into the distance. And you will be visiting a small hot spring to rest your weary feet. The Beitou hot springs gives you the idea what area was used for during the japans 50 year reign over taiwan. Johnnys car is moderen and comfortable for the long journey ahead also, there shall be provided one bottle of water during the trip. At around noon Johnny will take you to a place to eat where you must remember to take cash as the place does not use credit cards. Please you enjoy your tour with Johnny Wangs as your guide.

It's interesting the weather in Taipei can change such a sudden once we got onto the mountains. Allen, our guide, was very sweet for offering us umbrellas as we didn't bring ours. The lunch was good, too.
