Summary: thorough tour, best tour guide = Deoa, lunch included!
Pros:
1) very detailed tour; actual tour time is 6 hours, which is a heckuva deal to have a personal tour guide around an entire island.
2) very friendly and extremely knowledgeable tour guide in Deoa— he makes this tour stand out above the rest
3) lunch included and the food is decent; it’s nothing fancy but sufficient for an included meal.
4) AC in van
5) complimentary pick-up and drop-off from lodging included
Cons:
1) the tour is quite long and could be shortened by ~2 hours by cutting out “sites” that are not noteworthy.
2) the complimentary shuttle/pickup service is very kind but it extends your trip 2 hours, 1 hour on the front and back ends simply riding as a shuttle service.
Recommendation for the owner/GM:
drop your overall price and make this a half-day 4hr tour. No lunch included and everyone meets at a central location (pickup/shuttle not included) PROS: costs savings and you are now able to offer 2x as many tours—8am-Noon -and- 1-5pm
