The tour guide Alexander is very good to guide a large group with his patience and rules that every one has to follow. He is punctual and efficient. He also briefed us the issues we need to be aware and the highlighted areas to visit during the short period of time. His recommendation is very important and we benefit from it a lot.

Our tour had a lot of people and there was quite a bit of walking through complicated areas. Matteo was so great at making sure we found our way and didn’t get lost.

Took shuttle bus from cruise ship to city centre. Easy to find the coach. Comfy seats with WiFi on board. Clear instructions on meeting points in both Florence and Pisa, and dropped back to boat. Couldn't be faulted.

Florence is a LONG way...

Florence is a LONG way from the port. The bus was very comfortable. The driver and the guide were wonderful. We chose to do the destinations on our own instead of having the guided tours. This gave us more time to see the sites we were interested in. If you want to tour the Uffizzi and see the Ponte Vecchio, I suggest you take a taxi since they are quite a distance from where you are dropped off. It also helped to have tickets pre-purchased for the museum.
