Highly recommended Tour Guide Mr Ben

I brought my dad (with knee cap problem) and a hearing impaired brother to Halong Bay. My tour guide Mr Ben was very caring, noted on my dad n bro special needs. He is professional and humourous. Mr Ben is friendly and helpful. He steered the tour with great knowledge and made the trip comfortable and memorable. We enjoyed ourselves during our full day Halong Bay day trip.

All the caves look amazing and I feel lucky to had my tour guide Ben helped me when I almost slipped at the entrance. The views in Halong Bay is fascinating as usual and don't get me started on the foods, I wish this trip would be longer

It was a great experience from coordination, bus ride to Halong Bay and back to hotel. All ages will enjoy it! Lucky to have Mr Ben as our tour guide. He’s very accommodating and we love his humor!! Our big family of 7 enjoyed it so much! Highly recommended!
