it is one of Canada's largest convention centres. With the opening of the new West Building in 2009, it now has 43,340 square metres (466,500 sq ft) of meeting space. The Centre served as the main press centre and International Broadcast Centre for the 2010 Winter Olympics.

I had an amazing time on the "Secret Spots of Vancouver" tour using an E-scooter and Electric Unicycle (EUC). Our guide took us to unique, lesser-known spots around the city that I never would have discovered on my own. The scooters and EUCs were easy to ride and made the experience super fun and eco-friendly. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to see Vancouver from a different perspective!
