Overview

We begin our tour walking thru Guadalajara Historical Center visiting the Cathedral, Degollado ́s teather and finishing with the Hospicio Cabañas, from where we start our trip to Tlaquepaque village, known for their handcrafts, galleries, workshops and “El Parian” during our stay in downtown Tlaquepaque, then we offer to our tourist to experience the Mexican gastronomy in one of the main street restaurants and the tour ends with the visit of many candy stores considered as one of the most delicious souvenirs.

  • Palacio de Gobierno del Estado de Jalisco

    See the murals of Orozco, know more about the abolition.of slavery of Mexico and enjoy one of the most beautiful buildings in downtown.

    See the inside of the altar where the bishops tumbs expect to tell about the leyends that the place houses.

  • Teatro Degollado

    See the opera house of the city, a true architectural jewel of the city.

    The end of our pedestrian tour, the biggest building built in the time of the Colonies

  • La Casa Historica de Tlaquepaque

    Have a quick shopping walk thru the art galeries, and then enjoy the gastronomy of the Independencia pedestrian corridor.

I really enjoyed this tour! Fernanda was an excellent guide, with a great knowledge of the sites and historical information around the city center. She and Mario were very friendly and helpful and made the day a wonderful experience.
