Great tour! Very informative and interesting! Kelly is well organized and the earphones is a great idea. We could hear everything he said and explained. Will definitely stay in "real las vegas" next time!

A great tour of old Vegas.

Our guid Kelly was phenomenal!!! He was so informative, engaging and cheerful. He was the perfect person to take us around. I highly recommend when you come to Las Vegas to do this tour.

Delighted to find a “there” there!

Published on Jan, 2025

I was delighted to find this downtown walking tour. Our tour guide, Kelly, did a great job starting at the original site of the city’s founding, describing the growth and challenges, and ending with the successes of a comprehensive downtown revitalization program. There were some corny bits, but they didnt distract from the overall tour. The whisper technology also made it wonderful, everybody could hear without him having to shout. Bonus, at the end, we got restaurant recommendations and coupons. As a downtown revitalization professional, it’s a great story, and so much fun to experiencing a thriving downtown.

Make time and take this tour

It's very interesting to see and try to imagine how the original Las Vegas was in its golden age, that long gone era. But it's still there if you take a closer look. Got me wondering should I've stayed there instead of the strip. The food is amazing, not expensive and great quality. Totally recommended. And the Mob Museum, wow, make some time and spend a few hours there.

Super Tour with a great guide

Great tour. Our guide Kelly, was extremely knowledgeable and had great stories about Vegas' history. I had no idea that the strip wasn't truly Vegas so it was great to see the original Vegas and learn about all the revitalization that is taking place. Wish I'd had Kelly's advice BEFORE making my Vegas hotel reservations LOL.
