Overview

Have you always wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater? If you want to try scuba diving, but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is for you. We will explore the famous Paradise Reef inside the National Park of Cozumel Reefs, known for its beautiful coral formations and multicolored sea fans and abundant fish. Cruise Ship Passengers: We cater to cruise ship passengers effectively as we are conveniently located at Marina Fonatur, just a couple of minutes away by TAXI from the International Cruise Terminal and Puerta Maya Terminal and about 15 minutes away from Punta Langosta Pier. Scuba Life Does NOT Pick up at Terminals

Itinerary

1) Upon booking, we will send you a link to a PADI video where you will be introduced to all the concepts and skills that you will be doing during your experience. 2) Once at our shop, one of our PADI Instructors will personally review what you learned in the video and confirm the correct sizes for your scuba rental gear. 3) We will then head out to the beautiful Paradise Reef on our boat and stop at a shallow beach where you will enter the water with your instructor and practice in shallow calm water the skills that you learned in the video. Once the skills are completed, you will explore the shallow section of Paradise reef (20 feet) for the 1st tank for 45 to 60 minute approx. 4) In between dives, we will spend 30 minutes aboard, and we will offer fresh fruit, cookies, water and Gatorade to prepare for our second dive. 5) Our second dive will be done at Paradise Reef Deeper section (40 feet) for 45 to 60 minutes approx. What's included? The experience includes an introductory lesson, full gear rental and 2 boat dives at Paradise Reef

Best dive operation in Cozumel

My son (26) and myself just completed a wonderful dive with Scuba Life and I could not recommend them strong enough. I have been an Advanced Scuba diver since 1983 and have completed over 70 dive (including Cozumel on two other occasions) so I have had the opportunity to experience all level of scuba operations. Allow me to share with you what sets this dive experience apart from other operations: The rental gear is in perfect shape and is state of the art. The boat is very well maintained and staffed The dive instructors are nice, speak English and are very knowledgeable about the reef. This leads to a fantastic dive and a sharing of sea life that one does not find by chance One of the game changers is that the have parkas for each diver. Let me tell you that it makes all the difference when you are on the boat between dives and on the return trip to the marina. I will strongly recommend Scuba Life to my friends and ask them to JOIN ME NEXT TRIP!!.

Excellent, safe, friendly, efficient, orderly, clean and competent. The equipment was very good and fit. We are 68 and 71 years old. The refresher course with Aldo, the guide, are what my wife needed to feel comfortable going down 60-70ft. I dove 5 days of 2 tanks each in the afternoon and my wife dove 2 days of two tanks each. The reefs are magnificent we had a chance to ask to dive the reef we preferred. Carla and Renata were excellent communicators, responding to all of my questions and scheduling. They were on top of it and responded to all our emails in a timely manner. We were impressed by the office which meant the company was professionally run. The boats were comfortable and fast, with easy access to the water. we were excited both before and by the experience after the dives. The boat captain and all of the dive masters went to great lengths to ensure everyone was safe and comfortable. Everyone we came in contact with at Scuba Life takes great pride in their profession and as part of a GREAT team. We will dive with them again and recommend Cozumel as a top Dive site in the world.

We worked primarily is Aldo and Javier, who did a wonderful job teaching and supervising our first dive. The views were beautiful and we were able to see many types of coral and fish, as well as a giant sea turtle. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to experience scuba diving.
