Overview

Lake Nakuru is among Kenya’s finest national parks. Flanked by rocky escarpments, pockets of forest and at least one waterfall, the park is pretty year-round. You will have a chance to visit makalia water falls , You can also expect to see huge both black and white rhinos; look past the hordes of horny baboons and you’ll see hippos, or perhaps a lucky leopard or two. There are also about 50 rare tree-climbing lions in the park, spotted several times per week. The usual zebras, buffaloes and Rothschild’s giraffes seal the deal.

Er had a lovely time at our safari with Erick and Josef! A relaxing trip where we saw zebras, hippos, monkeys, a lion and rhino. We ended our day with a delicious lunch at the lodge in the park. Will highly recommend this tour!

Amazing tour, beautiful scenery and a fantastic guide. Here you can see zebras, monkeys, hippos, rhinos and even lions. 100% recommend this if you’re in Nairobi for a few days.

Lake Nakuru (and Lake Naivasha) - Great for Solo Travel

Peter was quite a genuine and awesome guide. Not only was it easy conversation to and from the park, he was very engaging during the safari itself. And, despite my reservations, insisted we stop at Lake Naivasha. Well worth it and grateful for Peter’s insistence.

This was a fantastic safari. Eric was on time and drove safely the entire trip. He was an excellent tour guide with a keen eye. He spotted numerous animals that we would surely have missed seeing. Eric was very accommodating and maneuvered the vehicle to enable us to get the best photographs. I would highly recommend this tour, especially if you have Eric as your driver / guide! I was an outstanding tour
