Overview

The trip kicks off by tasting 3-4 different homemade local dishes at the hidden local family off the beaten path: Banh Xeo(Vietnamese pancakes wrap vegetable). Grilled meat with lemongrass on steak. Grilled meat noodles . Then we visit all the highlights of Da Nang city like Dragon Bridge,Love Bridge, Apec Park, Night Market, An Long Pagoda... Stop at famous BBQ restaurants only for locals to tast different kind of BBQ with rare meat or sea food chilling with cold local beer, eating like a local. Rest on the stylish Han river cruise along the river with chilling cold local beer and fresh fruit to see Champa perfomance on the Cruise and also overview Dragon Bridge's Fire and Water Show at the weekend. Best night out in DaNang

Absolutely loved my experience cruising around DaNang on the back of Mun’s bike! Felt so young - and safe of course. What a great way to see the city! The food was amazing and I was constantly surrounded by locals, so you know I was eating well! We also did a few other little things I didn’t expect - stopped at a temple and the night market. The finale of the night was the riverboat and dragon - very exciting way to see the fire! Loved it from start to finish!

A memorable evening in Da Nang

It was the most memorable experience. We enjoyed the authentic Vietnamese food as we wanted. The cruise on the River Han was a great way to wrap up our first visit to this lovely country.

Enjoyable tour

Our guide Mun was lovely and took us to a few local spots to try some local cuisine and spoke to us well about the meaning behind some of the symbols in a very old pagoda. Also took time to explain the meaning behind the dragon bridge and taught us some of the Vietnamese language as well. The food was great, especially the local take on pizza. If you have not yet tried salty coffee, definitely give it a go on this tour. The dragon bridge breathing fire is ok but I would recommend maybe watching some videos on you tube or something first to temper your expectations. We did however get through the big lines waiting to board the boats quickly with a guide. Mun was excellent during the boarding process and ensured we had good seating and ordered us some drinks as soon as we boarded. The tour is worth it for a small insight into the culture here for first timers.
