Overview

In about 3 hours you will be able to learn and take home a taste of the great tradition of Italian cuisine with dishes assembled with local and seasonal products. The magical atmosphere of the Amalfi Coast, its views, its colors, will join the taste of the dishes made making you live a multisensory experience!

Itinerary

Through my Cooking Classes you will be able to learn some important secrets of local and Italian cuisine, you will take home with you a piece of our tradition and you will be able to recreate and relive it whenever you want! The experience lasts about three hours and you can choose between different types: create an entire menu consisting of four courses (appetizer, first course, second course and dessert), prepare different pestos with local herbs or learn how to make fresh handmade pasta! For each type of Cooking Class I will personally take care of the purchase of the necessary products and I will accompany you in their preparation, up to the tasting accompanied by a good local wine. In case of any allergies, intolerances or needs, there is the possibility of modifying the courses on the menu or making gluten-free pasta, just let us know in advance so that I can create the perfect experience for you! The location of this all-Italian experience is in Praiano, a characteristic village in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, but it can vary depending on the number of participants.

Antonio & Arianna were terrific hosts & teachers! It was a bit pricey, but we had a really fun time together & I’m excited to make these recipes we learned at home in the future!

Chef Antonio was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the class —- but he was not expecting us despite viator telling us we were “confirmed”. However, chef was flexible and so were we. We joined a later class (chef fed us and poured some wine while we waited) and learned to cook a delicious meal!

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Antonio in his cooking class. We would gladly attend it again and recommend the class to anyone else looking to cook an authentic Italian meal with natural ingredients that he produces locally.

The cooking experience was fun and amazing. The chef was great, (was not Antonio). I cannot remember his first name, but it was Antonio's Father. He made us laugh, and taught us many things about the dishes we were making. The food was amazing! The wine was great! Would definitely recommend this class and location in Praiano! You can also book this restaurant for dinner. Ristorante KmO by Chef Antonio. It is small so book ahead!

Antonio was very engaging and friendly. He made us feel at ease and whether you were a novice or experienced cook I am pretty sure everyone learned something new. The view was unbeatable as a backdrop to the class.
