Overview

We offer an innovative experience in which you will learn more about our region's typical dishes. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the natural ingredients and the best tips that these magnificent chefs can offer you. This is a hands on cooking class where you will learn how to prepare two different kind of fresh, hand-made pasta, plus two appetizers and a dessert. Don’t forget that wine is always included in our rates!

Itinerary

Come Cook With Us in Rome! You will start out at a local market, where you will shop for fresh produce. On the way to the studio you will take a small walking tour through the historic center. Once you arrive you will learn to make pasta from scratch: fettucine, cavatelli, ravioli. You'll learn how to make an antipasto and 2 different pasta sauces. And let's not forget the dessert: tiramisu! Our lessons are family-friendly! PS on Sunday and afternoon classes we will skip the market as this is closed

This is my second time with Gianni&Cesare and it was all things fun, delicious and nostalgic. I cannot recommend this more if you want actually authentic and fresh Roman/Italian food. And you get to keep it with you for life! What a great deal!

Amazing atmosphere, from the moment you enter to the end. Starting with win and ending with the dessert you have prepared. Making the each dish is interesting s as you are getting explained how and you this is need to be done.

Best experience by far. The host was wonderful. You felt like a group of friends preparing a meal together. Learned many ways to bring out the flavors of the ingredients. Best meal we had in Rome and we prepared it.

My husband and I had a fabulous private cooking class. I can't imagine how it could have been better. Not only was it truly hands on, but it was such great fun in a lovely, intimate environment. It is not always true that one can actually learn new things in cooking classes that stay with you. But we learned a few techniques that will stay with us ...along with some new recipes. I will never cook artichokes the same way again!!
