Overview

The only authentic wine tour in Lucca. Two wineries. Two different ways of making wines, different opinions, and different methods, but united by the same aim: producing the best wine of Lucca. I will pick you up in Lucca with my van, and I will drive you through the hills of Tuscany. We'll start our visit with a walk in the vineyard and we will visit the cellar where you will discover all the secrets about Tuscan wine, thanks to the explanations and the life stories of the farmers. Two very different places but united by the same passion for the Tuscan wine and the territory. At the end, you will taste the wines of the production. At the second winery, every wine will be matched with products from the garden and some specialties, like salami or pecorino cheese of Tuscany... a dip in the Tuscan table culture! No luxury, just authenticity. PS Just an advice: have a rich breakfast because we will start drinking early ;) "Wine, locals and passion"

Wine Tour Tuscany

This was an amazing winery tour featuring two small vineyards producing very delightful wines. Our guide Raffaele explained the history of wine making in Tuscany where most red wines produced use the Sangiovese grape variety usually as part of a blend. Both wine makers were very passionate about their products which were top notch wines but very reasonably priced. At our second stop the wine maker, Francesco, served our group not only his fine wines but accompanied them with produce from the area; the cheeses and meat cuts were exceptional.... All up a fantastic day in the beautiful Tuscan country side.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Very relaxed and personal. This was one of our favorite days on our most recent trip to Italy. Raffaele was am amazing guide who brought us to local, authentic wineries and made sure we had the best day and recommendations for our time in Lucca going forward. We will definitely come back and use this tour company again and sincerely look forward to it!

The Tuscan wine tour was fantastic. Our guide, Tommaso, really made the day. Tomasso was an excellent host and guide. He is knowledgeable about the history and wines of Lucca. We toured two small wineries that produce organic wines. Both were excellent. One of the strongest aspects of the tour was meeting the wine makers and listening to them talk about their wines. The entire experience was first rate.
