A Fascinating and Insightful Journey Through Bulgaria’s Past – Must-Do in Sofia!

We were interested in Bulgaria's history, so decided to book our first ever walking tour. From the start, Vasil, our guide, was enthusiastic, well organised and highly knowledgeable. Despite its title, the tour also covers the pre- and post Communist era and does so in an informative and objective way. The tour may take longer based on the number of questions asked (ours took 3.5hrs), so would recommend leaving a buffer at the end before another activity, restaurant booking, etc. The tour is not only an excellent way to learn, and improve understanding, but also allows you to get your bearings for further exploration of this fascinating city. Highly recommended!

It was very interesting and it exceeded my expectations! I am not into politics at all, and I am definitely not a communist, but this tour revealed so many interesting facts. Definitely recommend it.
