Arrival Lounge (not applicable to Departure Only bookings): Begin your Jamaican travel experience with a personalized expedited service through the airport. Enjoy being greeted upon disembarking the plane by a dedicated VIP representative with a customized sign. You will then be expedited through the VIP Priority lane in Immigration and Customs. Your Club Mobay representative will then get you settled in the arrival lounge where you can enjoy a wide array of amenities while waiting for your ground transportation. Departure Lounge (not applicable to Arrival Only bookings): Savour your last moments before you depart the island by relaxing in our state-of-the-art lounges as our VIP guest. On arrival at the airport, please perform your standard airline check-in with your respective carrier. When you have completed the check-in process, please proceed to the Club Mobay desk where an associate will provide you with information on how to access the dedicated VIP Priority lane and lounge.

Everything went smooth, it was well worth the money, she was waiting on us to get off the plane with sign in her hands with our name on it! Walk us through the airport step by step. Made sure we were comfortable and took us everywhere we needed to go.

3 of us flew out of Montego Bay VIP lounge on Monday evening. It is a wonderful end to end experience from post airline check in to departure, we got fast lane security and from the airline checkin to sitting in the lounge took about 15 mins. Staff were available everywhere to guide us and answer any questions. One staff member was good enough to recognize when we were having some difficulty and came to our assistance promptly The lounge service was excellent, the food and drink are top quality and we had lots of choice. The lounge is very modern bright decor with lots of comfortable dining, seating and viewing areas with charging stations nearby.

Well worth the cost!! Our agent took us every step of the way...around lines, through customs, pick up luggage, to the Mobay Club for bathroom and drinks...and all the way to our taxi waiting to whisk us away to Negril.
