Guided visit of the Cellars and production section by a family member or one of their team. Located along the Marne river surrounded by the wine hills, it is home to many region’s most prestigious champagne houses. Épernay is a must for champagne lovers. Walk the Avenue of Champagne attracts many tourists. 14:30 Departure to the Pressoria Museum in Ay village. It takes just 10 minutes (4 km).

16:10 - 16:40 Visit the Abbey's Church of Sindulphe d'Hautvillers (Abbaye Saint-Pierre d'Hautvillers). It is a former Benedictine monastery. The Abbey was founded in 665 and remained active till the French Revolution of 1789. Dom Perignon has developed wine-making methods in the region of Champagne. Nowadays, there are 26 local Champagne producers in the village. 16:30 Stop at a viewpoint with the best Panoramic views over the vineyards and Marne river. 16:40 Departure Paris. It takes about 2,5 hours.
