Overview

Enjoy sailing the Monterey Bay without engine noise. You will be offered a complimentary beverage after your captain hoists the sails and catches the wind to make for a peaceful and exciting cruise on the bay. On the way out of the harbor, look out for sea lions, sea otters, and harbor seals. Once you pass the breakwater, the sailing fun begins and you can relax with a beverage while your captain takes care of you. Be sure to be on the look out for whales and dolphins while you sail! Our spacious and comfortable catamaran is the perfect vehicle for exploring the bay and searching for wildlife! You have a chance to see sea otter, sea lions, harbor seals, dolphins and whales!

Enjoy 1 hour of sailng on the world famous Monterey Bay National Marine Santuary. This is the main part of the tour where you'll see your captain set the sails. Meanwhile, you'll enjoy a free beverage of your choice while sailing and looking out for wildlife on the bay!

Sights of the famous Cannery Row will be seen from the water. Your Captain would be overjoyed to share with you information on this historic site where the harvesting and canning of sardines made a lasting impact on our coast.

Enjoy free education at Monterey's only full service sailing center. Learn how to tie sailing knots and use demonstration sailing equipment at our knot tying station while checking in. This is also our meeting point where you will check in and get to start spot the various types of wildlife that live in the harbor with us!
