Evening tour through Old Delhi sampling delicious sweet and savoury street food

We had a wonderful food tour through Old Delhi with AD yesterday. She knows all the best places to go for the tastiest samples of savoury and sweet street food. These places have been carefully selected for their high hygiene standards and we were very well looked after by AD. AD was not only really good fun to be with but also a great source of information about Indian culture, food and traditions. It was a real highlight of our holiday in India - thank you!

Nadika at Delhi Food Walks was a delightful host who provided a wonderful insight into the vibrant and exotic Old Delhi precinct. We have taken the breakfast tour a few times and the food is always amazing. The bonus with this tour is you also get to visit the spice markets and see many other sites along the walk. We highly recommend Delhi Food Walks who provide highly trusted, excellent tour guides and safe eating places to enjoy local cuisine.

Superb experience

We went as a party of three Irish, and had two Australian women in our group. Everything was super smooth and Nadika was a really insightful and knowledgable guide. Would reccomend the breakfast walk for people who want to ease into the old Delhi experience, as it can be fairly quiet when you first start and then gets busier as they day goes on. Super fun tour, will be doing it with any other friends who come to visit and will definitely be asking for Nadika!

Foodie heaven - see the old part of Delhi wake up. This is a delightful tour of eating & tasting while watching the market set up and before it is too frenetic. Nadika was a brilliant guide, explaining the food and spotting new corners and views. Highlights were the saffron milk “cloud” and the slow cooked breakfast goat curry.

The breakfast food walk with Rohan was amazing. Rohan was a fantastic guide, explaining culinary and cultural history, and treating us to some of the best food we've tasted. Places we never would've found without him. Ending at the Sikh Gurudwara and seeing how they prepare food to give out for free was a particular highlight. Can't recommend highly enough!
