1. Upon booking is confirmed, kindly let us know your pick up location address in Johor Bahru or your flight number if you are taking a flight to Senai Airport 2. Our customer service will reach you out 3 days before the trip via whatsapp or SMS, you may decide the pick up time 3. Driver will whatsapp or SMS you one day before the trip to connect up with you and ensure the correct pick up location and timing. 4. Our driver will prepare the embarkation card (white card) for you to fill in before entering into Singapore. 5. It takes about 1 hours to 2 hours from Johor Bahru to Singapore given is light traffic condition 6. You will need to alight from the vehicle together with your luggage during the immigration checkpoint clearance procedures as driver will take bus lane to enter Singapore. You may need to surrender your white card to the officer at the counter and driver will advise you on that. 7. Driver will send you to the destination in Singapore. Reliable Chauffer and Van Transfer Service

Drivers were excellent. Everyone was looked after to ensure they could enter MYS and return to SGP with no issues. Driver was responsive to slight changes to timings. Good communications from management and driver.

Great experience with excellent service

Our trip went great with the help from Lernard who coordinated everything efficiently. Lernard reached out right after we booked the transfer service and he is very responsive and clear about the process. He gave us very good instruction and connected us with our driver Alan and then followed through the trip. Alan was very helpful as well - he confirmed with us the pickup time and arrived before it, with Alan’s help we were able to commute to the hotel in Singapore as planned, very smooth. Thank you both! Would recommend this service to friends who are visiting Malaysia and Singapore.
