  • Yalahau Lagoon

    Just 30 minutes by boat from Holbox is the Yalahau Cenote (Ojo de Agua), a place with fresh waters that, according to legends, have strange properties, as they say that when submerged in them, people will feel as if they had 10 years less. Ojo de agua is a large natural pool where fresh water flows, surrounded by plants, trees and shrubs, which you can see from the highest point of the viewpoint located here.

  • Isla De La Pasion

    Isla PasiĂłn is a small islet that is 10 minutes from Holbox by boat. It is said that it was the corner of lovers and hence the name. It is the ideal place to enjoy virgin beaches, the sun and the sea; for its calm atmosphere and its tropical adventure space, far from civilization.

  • Isla Pajaros

    One of the most beautiful and peaceful places that surround Holbox is Isla Pajaros, just 30 minutes away and where you can observe the great variety of birds that inhabit it, many in danger of extinction, for which spaces have been placed dedicated to its protection and conservation. Among the species that you will admire are flamingos, pelicans, ducks and others, all of them in their natural environment and without ties because they are in total freedom.

Very fun!

Daniella was such a fabulous tour guide in both spirit and knowledge of thr area. It was noted in some of the reviews that the tour guides english wasn't great for it being a bilingual tour, but that was not our experience. Yalahau was a trip-enriching experience and the biodiversity seen on Isla de pasĂ­on was a true marvel. Sadly, we were unable to go to Isla de pajaros and instead went to Punta Mosquito. My understanding is this change was made because the other tour guide and caption didn't speak English and we had requested a bilingual tour. It all worked out and we saw some flamingos at Isla de pasion, but it was an unexpected change we had no control over. Overall I would recommend this company, we had a great day and a wonderful experience.

Johnny and Luis were great guides. They picked us up at our hotel as scheduled. They shared a lot of interesting information with us about the islands we visited. It was an enjoyable tour and a great way to see some areas we wouldn’t be able to reach without a boat. Very friendly crew and a relaxing way the spend the morning.

We really enjoyed this tour! Everything was buttoned up and on time - it went smoother than we could have ever expected. Beautiful sites and the operator was fantastic about making sure we saw the amazing birds and wildlife. Definitely recommend!
