PICK UP SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE WITHIN THE ISLAND OF HOLBOX. During the day of your reservation, the appropriate equipment for the activity will be distributed at your place of stay. At the previously agreed time, you will be picked up by our certified guide in a buggy to go to ... the location for the tour. IMPORTANT NOTES: ACTIVITY SCHEDULES VARY DEPENDING ON THE MOON CYCLE AND WILL BE CONFIRMED WITH YOU THE DAY BEFORE YOUR RESERVED DATE. Itinerary

You will receive the appropriate equipment to carry out the activity previously at your place of stay IN HOLBOX. Remember to wear it when you are picked up by our guide and DO NOT carry valuables with you. Upon arrival at the location, you will be informed of the precautions and the correct way to carry out the activity. Night snorkeling will begin in the sea or mangrove, around Holbox Island at a depth of 1 meter with an approximate duration of two hours. The guide will always accompany you and will give brief explanations on topics related to Bioluminescence. Upon completion, you will be returned to your place of stay. IMPORTANT NOTES: THE SCHEDULES OF THE ACTIVITY VARY DEPENDING ON THE LUNAR CYCLE AND WILL BE CONFIRMED WITH YOU THE DAY PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVATION. THIS ACTIVITY IS SUBJECT TO WEATHER CONDITIONS AND CANNOT BE CARRIED OUT ON FULL MOON NIGHTS.

Amazing experience! Must go

Our adventure to see the bioluminescence in Holbox, Mexico was wonderful! Our guide, Alan first showed us the beautiful stars and constellations above us. We learned all about the stars and the stories about the constellations. It was a once in a lifetime experience, because my family traveled from a city with many lights, we had never experienced the bright stars glowing in the sky. And it wasn't only stars we saw, Alan pointed out Jupiter and Venus. When we were done looking up at the mesmerizing sky above us we went back down the steps and took a 5-10 minute walk to the lagoon in Punta Coco. Alan lead us into the water together, motioned us to form a circle, told us to wave our hands around in the water, and all of our mouths dropped. While we were waving our hands around in the water we saw tiny green plankton moving with us too. Alan gave us a t-shirt to collect the plankton from the water and get a better look at them.

Our tour guide, Alex, was knowledgeable and charismatic. Pickup at our hotel was very convenient, with little to no waiting time. It was a beautiful night, which made this experience magical.

This was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. The bioluminescence was magical like nothing. I’ve seen in my life and Alejandro made it so special. He was so lovely so knowledgeable and patient. He knew the mangroves in and out he took his time. He was so kind and lovely. I will definitely be back to do this again and I highly highly recommend this to anyone who wants to experience something this magical and with someone who is as mice and genuine as Alejandro!! —Claudia H

The bioluminescence was amazing, it's something you can't record it definitely stays in your memory forever. Algo, muy bonito y bien agusto y las estrellas muy espectaculares.

The bioluminescence and the stars were amazing. Even saw the Milky Way. Alex is very knowledgeable and made us comfortable.
