Itinerary

Discover the best cooking class in Rome! Make and eat the authentic Italian fresh pasta from scratch, homemade Ravioli and delicious Tiramisù while drinking your Italian wine. During the class you will be help by an an English speaking Chef! You'll be greeted by our bartender with a : Spritz and homemade cheese and pepper chips. After this brief warm up, you and the Chef will prepare three great classics of Italian cuisine: Fresh Pasta, homemade Ravioli and delicious Tiramisù. Each participant has a single station to work from, a wood board, apron and a rolling pin. The pasta will be seasoned with the best Roman sauces. Last but not least, make & eat your own perfect Tiramisù, declining the traditional recipe with a selection of tasty ingredients. Once your hand-on experience is finished, sit down in our cozy restaurant or on the outdoor terrace to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Join our social table, sip wine with your new friends and take the opportunity to ask your Chef all the tip and tricks about Italian food. Tomato Bruschetta and another drink are included in the menu! Our restaurant is equipped with AC, so you can enjoy the class without worrying about the heat!

We recently took this pasta-making class with Sonia in Rome, and it was an unforgettable experience. We started by making a delicious tiramisu, then moved on to crafting two types of pasta: fettuccine and ravioli. The class was both educational and fun, thanks to Sonia’s excellent instruction and warm personality. It was a wonderful way to meet fellow travelers and locals alike. We highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable culinary experience in Rome. Five stars all around!

This was so fun and well worth the money! Our chef Alessandra was so kind and helpful. she shared the heritage of each food as we were making them and guided us on how to make the perfect food. Even when I messed up with the pasta roller she was so nice and willing to help. We started with a drink of our choice while waiting for other members of the group who did not show up so we ended up with a private class. We started by making the tiramisu, my favourite dessert and I enjoyed how they gave you options to include nuts or Nutella which wouldn't usually be in a traditional tiramisu. After this, we were served a bruschetta starter which was very delicious and just the right size for the amount of food that was about to come. Then we started making our own pasta! We made ravioli and fettuccine from scratch which was interesting to see how it should be made and hear about the different pasta types. it was pretty easy to make for an absolute beginner. Once we had finished making the pasta it was cooked and served in a sauce of our choice. We were given another drink with our 3-course meal of ravioli, fettuccine and tiramisu. There was so much food we asked to take some home and were given 2 takeaway boxes to fit our pasta and leftover tiramisu perfectly. I would highly recommend this class to anyone, beginner or advanced as it taught you how to cook but also the history and we were given a digital copy of their cookbook after the class to follow recipes at home. Well worth adding to your trip to Rome

I attended the pasta, Ravioli and Tiramisu cooking class today with my daughter. The venue was clean, welcoming and easy to find. Our hostess, Alessandra, was excellent. She made us feel welcome from the start. We were offered a welcome drink or wine, beer Prosecco or a soft drink, given some tasty snacks and skin got stuck into cooking. For each item we cooked, Alessandra gave us valuable information of the history of the dish and handy hints and tips to tweak them to our preferences. We started by making Tiramisu, with the option of adding nuts and chocolate. We then moved onto pasta, making both Fettucini Ravioli. We were served with a tomato Bruschetta between tasks which was very tasty. Alexandra was helpful, patient and easy to get along with. Once all of the making was done, we were offered another complimentary drink, and our pasta was served with our choice of sauce (discussed while cooking) and then we ate our Tiramusu for dessert. We were so full we had to take some home. You definitely won’t leave this experience hungry! At the end of the course we were given a link to a cookbook which contained recipes for what was made today and much more. This was truly a, once in a lifetime experience and I would absolutely recommend making time for it in your next trip to Rome.
