Overview

An amazing secluded beach with great horses! Beyond a horseback adventure, a 2 hour ride with fruit snack. Transfers if choosing the option. Enjoy great healthy horses at our privileged location, a ranch next to the beach, guided by an experienced authentic horseman. It is a 2 hour horseback ride experience with guaranteed satisfaction or cash back. All riders are welcome. Healthy Horses and a secluded beach experience, including transfers from Manuel Antonio & pictures taken. The sunset tours close with drinks. A Horseman with more than 10 years experience as guide and a lifetime dedicated to horses, he will choose the right horse for you and will share tips for your comfort and safety. Tour recommended for ages above 12 years or older. During the tour guide will do amazing pictures with horses walking into surf.

Meeting points

Drive to Esterillos este, once on the old airport ( wide road) go towards west end. Enter hotel sunset. Then walk to the Beach, we meet at Beach gate entrante.

This activity ends back at the meeting point.

Itinerary

Welcoming you at the ranch. You will follow us on your car for a safe parking. Once here the guide will give you instructions to ride properly and basics to enjoy the horse tour as well as the whole experience. An amazing secluded beach will offer you an authentic Costa Rica experience including safe and healthy horses. Closing with drinks after the ride, this will be an unforgettable excursion

Rancho Sol Horses...

Rancho Sol Horses provided us with an amazing experience horseback riding on the beach at sunset. Being there in March in low season, we had the beach basically all to ourselves. Gustavo our guide was very kind and friendly and his horses were so well behaved the ride was carefree and relaxing to enjoy the beautiful scenery and sunset. For people staying in Quepos, it is a bit of a drive (40 min) but soooo worth it! The drive back at night (around 7pm) was fine and safe. Thank you Gustavo for the wonderful experience and memories!

Gustavo embodied the Pura Vida vibe of Costa Rica. He was welcoming, encouraging and kind. We could tell that he loved his job and his horses. It was an absolute dream to ride on the beach in Esterillos! Highly recommend this sunset ride ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent activity! Strongly recommend. The horses like to walk in the water a lot and make splashes so bring aquashoes if you can. The view is just paradise. Definitely a "pinch me" moment.

Gustavo was a great guide, very friendly and experienced. The horses were well behaved and the beach is quiet and beautiful. We had a wonderful time, highly recommend.
