Great Fun!

This was a fun class! There were 4 of us, my husband and myself and a mother and daughter from Hungary. We made the dough and then learned 2 different pasta shapes. Christiana was a charming hostess and generous in sharing her knowledge.

Christiana and her mother were extremely welcoming and very helpful with teaching pasta making. Not only getting to learn how to make the pasta but also sitting and enjoying an amazing meal with many local dishes made it worthwhile. Also a great way to meet some other people from all over the world. Highly recommend

Enjoyed learning how to make traditional Orecchiette pasta of Bari, Italy. We learned from Cristiana and her mama. Small class. Great experience and fun. After making pasta, we had dinner. The appetizers alone were more than a meal!!! Had 3 course meal, several wines and dessert! What an authentic Italian dinner. Highly recommend this activity when you are in Bari.

Like cooking and eating with close family members

The whole class was memorable. It was educational and fun throughout the afternoon. Christiana was a great teacher and cook, but more than that, it was like being in the kitchen with family. We laughed and told stories, met her mother and a niece and delighted in helping each other with the language differences. We all hated for the day to end and we had to go back to our hotel. A great experience!
