I joined the Montserrat & Barcelona full day tour on Nov 3, 2024 prior to my cruise holiday. Starting from enquiring about the tour and registering to secure the spots of the tour via email, the staffs are very responsive and reply to my enquiry promptly. The tour I joined was a small group tour ( 6 people) . The lady driver was very professional and provided us a lot of information and historical background of the places that we visit. There are lots of places to see during this full day tour. We also enjoy the Tapas place that we went for lunch. We all had a great time and would like to recommend the tour to visitors who are planning to Barcelona in the near future.

Let me start off by saying this was my favorite tour from our 15-day trip and it was all because of our terrific tour guide. He was the absolute best, and we have never had so much fun in a short amount of time. The custom tour was perfect for my physical ability and the pace of the tour was ideal. I cannot express how highly I recommend our tour guide and this company. The tour was very well coordinated, including the communication, from scheduling through the follow-up process. In fact, I have already recommended this tour guide and tour to several people on our cruise. Thank you again for making out trip to Barcelona so memorable!

Our tour was actually Montserrat w/ Monastery in the morning followed by an afternoon at a high-end cava winery. We were very pleased, and impressed, by the tour from beginning to end, as well as with the pre-tour communications. We were picked up at the port coming off a cruise and dropped at our hotel near the Sants station at the end of the tour. The constant communication on pick-up was much appreciated and everything went very smoothly. Having WhatsApp on your phone is a big help. The tour itself was well planned and well-executed. Eva was a hoot, and is a great guide. David was a pleasant and conscientious driver. The cava winery was a real treat and beyond what we expected. It also was a perfect place to hide from the unseasonal rain affecting the region that week.

We did the Montserrat and Barcelona City Tour with Hugo and it was a fantastic experience! We were in a small group with 5 others. Hugo was very helpful and informative all along the way. Great way to spend the one full day we had to visit the area before our cruise.

We had an excellent experience with Barcelona Day Tours. Scheduling over email was very easy and efficient. We scheduled a driver to take us to Monserrat. I requested Christian Meyer (per another review I read and while they couldn’t promise me he would be our driver/guide, we did end up getting him. I highly recommend him! He was so enthusiastic about everything Barcelona! He gave us a lot of great tips and history on our drive to MontserratZ we only wanted to spend a half day so he was excellent about guiding us around when we arrived and hoeing us how to get to see the Vlack Madonna, then do the church and then do the audio/visual tour. We passed on the art museum due to time. And let Christians reco, we rode the cable car down the mountain where he was waiting for us. Without his direction, we couldn’t have packed it all in!! Ok our way back to the city Christian offered to book us a lunch if we were interested. We didn’t end up doing it bc we had some other point of interest we needed to see but I would definitely take a reco from him. He is fantastic! And his English is awesome!
