What To Expect

1. Banff Springs Hotel This tour is designated a Canadian Signature Experience! Be a few minutes early and meet us at STOCK Food and Drink inside the main lobby of the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. Robust refreshments await here before the tour progresses into the heart of the hotel at Rundle Bar with its chic Art Deco decor and a sublime food and beverage pairing. Next up is 1888 Chop House for a signature dish in the hotel's signature restaurant. Our grand finale is in the Vermillion Room with a chance to learn from a chef and taste another great pairing before finishing with a sweet bite. Along the way, you’ll engage with the culinary team, enjoy stories of the history, art, and architecture brought to life by our guide. Soak up the luxury of our small group private access (no more than 12). Leave having experienced the royal treatment at the "Castle in the Rockies," the majestic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel - one of the world’s most iconic hotels, a National Historic Site in a world UNESCO setting. 3 hours

A great tour for foodies & history lovers

We loved our experience on the tour! It was a full three hours of tasty food and drink pairings while exploring the historic Banff Springs Hotel. Our tour guide Amanda was very engaging and definitely knew her history. We got to visit several different sites around the hotel in addition to the restaurants and learned a lot of fun facts about Banff's history. Highly recommend!

Fabulous experience, especially for foodies!

This was absolutely amazing! The history we learned while enjoying native foods from top chefs was so worth while. I highly recommend this tour for anyone in the Banff area. Should I visit Banff again, this would be on my list of things to do!

This was an amazing adventure, me and my 20ish daughter had a wonderful time. We highly recommend! The food and atmosphere of the Fairmont are well worth it.

This is an amazing tour!!! The food & wine parings were so good! I learned so much about the Province of Alberta and about the Fairmont!! The Fairmont is an amazing organization!! I will do this tour every time I come back to Banff!!
