Bellies happy, we flit to our next destination: Besakih Temple, Bali's thousand-year-old 'Mother Temple' perched 1,000 metres high on the southwestern slopes of Mount Agung. It is meant to be the island's largest holy site divided into three main complexes, each dedicated to the Hindu trinity.

This was an excellent tour! The guide was friendly and knowledgeable and provided a lot of interesting commentary about the sites that were visited.

We started off the day with our amazing tour guide Gusti picking us up from our hotel. On the way to the first temple Gusti reccomeded a detour to see a cultural show. So glad we did. It was set in the grounds of a temple , which was a great introduction to our day. They show was funny and a great insight to the of culture of Bali. We then proceeded to visit 4 more temples. Gusti was our guide for 3 of the temples. He was very informative and gave us more than enough time to look around. Not once did we feel rushed. We also went to a coffee plantation. Here we had a tasting session and the chance to go on a jungle swing which was an added bonus. It's definitely worth going on the swing. Gusti definitely made the day. He was so kind and friendly and very knowledgeable. He also took lots of amazing photos for us. I would definitely recommend this company. They contacted us the day before to confirm our pick up time. I would also reccomed this trip as you get to see those temples that are off the beaten track. Thank you Trip Guru and a big thank you to Gusti.

An excellent and enjoyable full day tour. My guide, Dusa, was informative and helpful, and a good driver. The temples were peaceful and not crowded. I got to see plenty of the Balinese countryside as well. Lunch came at the right time after 3 temples and the location overlooking rice terraces was just right, with a good buffet available.

We visited Bali in June 2019 and on our second day we did a full day tour including Tegenungan Waterfall, Ubud’s Sacred Monkey Forest, Ubud market and more! Our driver Mr Gutzi was very accommodating. He had superb local knowledge of the sites we visited and was very patient with us the other couple who were also on the your. He is a fine asset to Trip Guru. We also visited a coffee factory which was amazing to learn about the process and how the angry kitty poos out all the coffee we drink. I would recommend this tour for all those who visit Bali as allows you to visit all of the main areas in one action packed day!
