Highly recommend this company if you're looking to do a private sunrise tour of Mt Batur. Our driver Kadek was kind and professional, and picked us up early at our remote, hard-to-find hotel. Our trekking guide Jatayu was absolutely phenomenal—his calm demeanor kept us relaxed and at ease while his stellar photography and videography skills captured breathtaking moments we’ll treasure forever. The highlight of the trip was the unexpected hike across the ridge of Mt. Batur, where his expertise led us to stunning, off-the-beaten-path views. It was a perfect blend of adventure, beauty, and tranquility.

This sunrise trekking tour was an great experience! The sunrise was unforgettable and the landscapes are otherworldly. My guide Kliwan was friendly and providing helpful tips throughout the trek. I highly recommend this trek to anyone visiting Bali.

A sunrise hike was such a great way to start the day, the best part is, you are back at your hotel to catch breakfast and enjoy the rest of the day! We hiked up Mount Batur with our 9 month old daughter, and our guide Jata was amazing with her. He captured some of the most beautiful pictures of our family at the top and even took the time to play with our baby. Our experience with Bagus Bali Tours was exceptional. They were so responsive and helpful. Their website is easy to use and booking was a breeze. They picked us up right on time at our hotel and dropped us off just before 10am. We loved the stop at the coffee plantation and trying all the different coffees and teas. And unlike many other tours, you didn’t feel obliged to buy anything and it was a relatively quick stop. If hiking isn’t your thing - I would check out their sunrise jeep tour. Thank you Jata!

We had an amazing time hiking up Mt Batur. Our driver arrived on time at 2.30am and drove us to the starting point of the hike where we met our guide Cooper. We were provided with a walking pole, water and a flashlight, and a small breakfast at the summit. The hike itself was not too difficult for a young active person, about 5km and 600m of elevation gain, taking us about 1 and a half hours to ascend. The sunrise views from the summit were incredible, and Cooper took some great photos of me and my girlfriend. Cooper was an absolute star, super nice guy. His English was great and we learned a lot about Bali, his culture and his life. I highly recommend booking with Bagus and Cooper!
