Alongside sampling our range of premium wines, your host will deliver three generous tastings direct from the barrel where our fortified wines are maturing – an experience exclusive to this package. Wine will be delicately matched to Fromage, sourced from renowned local producers.

We purchased the “fortified and fromage” experience and it was worth every penny! Our host Allie was absolutely amazing; so friendly, knowledgeable and tailored the experience to our likes and dislikes. The cheese accompaniment is beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much, Allie! We are very grateful… from your Welsh visitors :)

Harry was able to guide us thru the wine experience at AW. He gave a detailed history of the area, the winery and his connection to the winery. he allowed us to taste at our our pace and would strongly suggest this place to all visitors to Hunter Valley
