This unique tour takes you through the interior of the rain forest. The first stop is Y.S. Falls where you can enjoy nature in its natural state, as the cool refreshing water cascades down approximately 120 feet into the Y.S. River. Next journey by boat up the Black River Safari, Jamaica's longest river, where you'll see exotic birds, plants, and wildlife such as the endangered American crocodile. My friends and I booked this package through Tripadvisor for our trip to Negril, and we were not disappointed. We were glad we chose a tour company because the roads are narrow and winding. The drive from Negril takes a couple of hours, but our driver was amazing and provided a lot of wonderful information along the way. This tour is a fantastic way to see the sights and countryside outside of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed learning about the Black River, visiting Ys Falls, and discovering how rum is made at Appleton Estates. At Ys Falls, the lifeguards assist you in navigating the falls and even take your pictures. The tour guide at the Black River was very knowledgeable and even let us touch a crocodile. Finally, the Appleton Estate tour was very informative and enjoyable.

Full day tour this is beautiful

This full-day tour covers three destinations, but it's absolutely worth it! The waterfalls are stunning, the Appleton Estate tour is informative, and the lunch there is delicious - I wish I could've had more! The private Black River tour was breathtaking, and getting to hold a baby crocodile was unforgettable. Highly recommend it, plus the tour guide was fantastic.
