Unforgettable Excursion into UAE‘s History and Heritage

We are a family of four (couple with a nine year old son and granny) and enjoyed all sights on the tour. When you are in UAE you need to see this city and its world heritage sights. Rehan was a great guide, providing interesting background information. He has a profound knowledge and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Excellent personalized tour with Rafiq and Aamir!

Rafiq and Aamir were amazing guides. They catered to my every need and took very good care of me during our day-long trip to the desert oasis Al-Ain, the birthplace of Sheikh Khalifa. My favorite part was the camel market - such an interesting authentic experience. Rafiq and Aamir really care about whether you are learning and enjoying. I would encourage anyone to book any experiences with Tours by Rafiq! Plus, Zeeshan is an excellent driver!

Excellent City Tour as Part of Our Anniversary Vacation!

My wife and I just traveled to Dubai as part of a bucket list tenth wedding anniversary vacation. Of course, we wanted every aspect of this trip to be special. When it came to taking a city tour, we couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Rafiq and his team at Tours by Rafiq. When he told us at the beginning of the day, that we would be treated like family, he meant it! Every aspect of our tour was handled with care and we felt completely taken care of from the moment we stepped into his car until our drop off at night. Although the tour included what I’m sure are the standard stops, we never felt like there was anything we HAD to do. Rafiq was flexible and made it clear that if we wanted to switch things up, we could. He also took lots of great pictures on his phone and shared them with us, so we could be more present to what we were doing. One experience in particular is telling. At one point, we stopped at a store to make some purchases. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until after we left and were sitting down at lunch that my wife and I realized that we had drastically overpaid for our items. (It was our fault. We hadn’t done the currency conversion math properly.) As soon as we figured it out, we told Rafiq about it and he kindly brought us back to the vendor and waited with us until we settled everything and even made sure we had some refreshments while we were working it all out. He said: “I’ll stay here until you’re happy!” Having that kind of support while you’re traveling internationally gives you peace of mind. If you’re looking for a great tour experience while you’re in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, we highly recommend Tours by Rafiq! You’ll have a great time!
