Great staff, coaching, food and laughs!

Staff and chef were super friendly and helpful during the class, lots of laughs and our food came out delicious! The dinner afterwards was a lot of fun as we had the opportunity to meet the others in our class over a few glasses of wine, I would definitely recommend and come back!

Alex is an excellent host. I went solo and there were two other solo travellers, alongside a family of four and a couple. I really enjoyed the class, it was easy to follow and the food we prepared was delicious! Alex was a great teacher and all the staff were very friendly. There's a lovely opportunity to chat with other guests at the end while you eat the fruits of your labour!

We really enjoyed this cooking class! Our instructor, Matt, did a wonderful job walking us through the steps of making tiramisu and pasta and was very helpful every step of the way. The food was delicious and we enjoyed sharing the meal with the other attendees at the end of the night. They provide you with several recipes (online) that you can take home with you to try. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic Rome experience

This class was a highlight of our stay in Rome. It was well suited to the range of ages our family (my children are 15, 14 and 9 years old). The teacher Matt was fantastic: funny, helpful and encouraging and he really knew how to make pasta! The setting is charming and the flow of the lesson was perfect for all members of my family. The ingredients were fresh and well prepared, and we enjoyed sitting down to eat together at the end. We feel confident to now make pasta and tiramisu at home. Highly recommend this class!!

Had a great time understanding the process of making pasta and tiramisu from scratch! We had a fun group from Australia and California. The Chef was energetic, great attitude, informative and patient. We ate the food we prepared. To my surprise it tasted great!
