Borobudur Temple is a 9th-century Mahayana Buddhist temple situated in central Java Indonesia. It is one of the most famous Yogyakarta Places of Interest since ever. The monument consists of nine stacked platforms, six square and three circular, topped by a central dome. There are 2,672 relief panels and 504 Buddha statues are decorating this temple. Meanwhile, 72 Buddha statues surround the central dome where each seated inside a perforated Stupa. It is the worldās largest Buddhist temple, as well as one of the greatest Buddhist monuments in the world. Moreover, this temple is one of the favourite tourist destinations during Yogyakarta Tours.

We went on a day tour to Borobudur (sunrise), Chicken Church and Prambanan from Yogyakarta. We had an excellent day! Edho is very polite and service minded. We thought we just had a driver for the day but he speaks perfect English and is happy to explain things and also helped us find our way at each place. Would highly recommend!

Visiting Borobudur temple at sunrise is one of the best experiences I've lived in my life. Having Edho as my guide made it all that much better. He arrived on time to my hotel and took care of me all day to ensure I had an enjoyable experience in Yogyakarta, learning from the local culture and people.
