  • The payment schedule below outlines the required installments to confirm and maintain your reservation. Each payment ensures hotel, guide, and transport allocations are secured as per your confirmed itinerary. All payments are non-transferable and must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) via bank transfer or approved payment link.
  • Deposit - 50% at booking
  • 50% payment - 60 days before departure
  • Late Payments: May result in cancellation & loss of deposit
  • “Non-transferable” = payment can’t be reused, reassigned, or moved to another booking or person.

Cancellation Policy

  • The following cancellation fees apply per person in the event of trip cancellation after booking confirmation. These charges are designed to cover non-refundable costs incurred with hotels, transportation, and local partners:
  • 60+ days prior to departure: USD 500 per person.
  • 30-59 days before departure: 50% of the total price.
  • 20-29 days before departure: 75% of the total price.
  • 0-19 days before departure: 100% of the total price

The pricing in the quotation is based on a group of 4 people, so the minimum booking person count for this package is 4.

No, international airfare to and from Japan is not included in the package price and needs to be arranged separately.

Daily breakfast at hotels and two dinners at the Noboribetsu ryokan are included. Lunches and most dinners are excluded and are to be paid on your own.

The tour includes English-speaking drivers on days with private car services and guidance on sightseeing days, but there is no full-time escort staying with you for the entire trip.

Hot spring tax and city tax, where applicable, are not included and must be paid directly at the hotel front desk.
