  • The payment schedule below outlines the required installments to confirm and maintain your reservation. Each payment ensures hotel, guide, and transport allocations are secured as per your confirmed itinerary. All payments are non-transferable and must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) via bank transfer or approved payment link.
  • Deposit - 50% at booking
  • 50% payment - 60 days before departure
  • Late Payments: May result in cancellation & loss of deposit
  • “Non-transferable” = payment can’t be reused, reassigned, or moved to another booking or person.

Cancellation Policy

  • The following cancellation fees apply per person in the event of trip cancellation after booking confirmation. These charges are designed to cover non-refundable costs incurred with hotels, transportation, and local partners:
  • 60+ days prior to departure: USD 500 per person.
  • 30-59 days before departure: 50% of the total price.
  • 20-29 days before departure: 75% of the total price.
  • 0-19 days before departure: 100% of the total price

This itinerary can be enjoyed year-round, but spring (March to May) and autumn (late September to November) are generally considered ideal for comfortable weather and beautiful scenery, including cherry blossoms in spring and colorful foliage in autumn.

Meals are generally not included unless specified in the daily program. Most lunches and dinners are excluded, and your guide or driver will recommend local restaurants where you can pay directly according to your preferences.

According to the itinerary, airport transfers in Tokyo are on a self-transfer basis. You will need to arrange and pay for your own transportation between the airport and the hotel unless otherwise agreed separately with the tour consultant.

The tour uses a mix of private car with an English-speaking driver for Mount Fuji and some transfers, public transport such as trains, metro and buses during guided days in Hakone, Kyoto and Nara, and Shinkansen (bullet trains) for long-distance travel between Hakone, Kyoto and Tokyo.

Travel insurance is not included in the tour package. You are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance in your home country before departure to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and other potential risks.
