After welcoming note and short description of Zagreb and Croatia in general your guide will present you who was famous man on the horse and what are historical and modern facts about main square and its surroundings.

Old Zagreb was divided in 2 settlements, Kaptol and Gradec, we will visit both starting from Kaptol. There is Zagreb's cathedral in neo-gothic style with many interesting stories you will hear about it. We will visit it from the outside and make a stop in front of it where you will also hear about Kaptol, Mirogoj cementary, hill Medvednica and habits of people in Zagreb. This tunnel is one example of shelters locals used during the wars, last war was Homeland war after Croatia stopped being part of Yugoslavia.
