Excellent communication. Driver was timely and communicated effectively via WhatsApp. It was a blessing not to have to stand on the long taxi line after our cruise debarkation at Yokohama Cruise Terminal. Great service!

There was a last minute change with our power of arrival and our driver Andy went from Yokohama to the Tokyo port very quickly to pick us up for just an extra $28. Hours flexibility was greatly appreciated.

Our transfer from Yokohama Port to our Tokyo hotel was perfect. Despite being the most affordable transfer, every part of the experience was exceptional. The driver was on time; pre arrival messaging was sufficient and reassuring. The vehicle was clean; the driver professional. His English speaking ability was a plus. Cannot recommend more highly.

Great experience. Our cruise ship docked at a pier that was different from where we were initially told we'd disembark. Ouch. We ran over to the correct pier - worried that our driver would leave without us. Nope. He had been searching for us the entire time on foot. We finally connected via WhatsApp (we'd provided our phone numbers earlier) Great service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Terry was the driver that collected us at the Yokohama Cruise Terminal to transfer us to our hotel in Tokyo. On time - even when we were early disembarking - and he was very helpful with our baggage. Used WhatsApp for communicating, and it worked well for us.
