People used to have said that time is money. That's true. Jet lag is what makes pleasure travel a disaster. That's true too. The best way to heal jet lag is to have a good sleep. Unfortunately, recent shortage of active taxis are serious here in Japan, especially in some airports. when you arrive in the busiest time zone, you might have to wait for one hour just for a sedan type taxi. If you have several pieces of baggage, you would need van type vehicle. Eventually you should wait it for tow hours. That's a disaster!!! In order to avoid these situations, Global Guide&transport Service has started transfer service for international visitors. We carefully select best drivers who might not speak fluent english, it might be just a conversation level. But they are experts of driving knowledge. Our drivers can instantly choose the best route, when there is a terrible traffic jam. We are really excited to hear from you.

Itinerary

Information you should know, before booking. 1.If you bring luggage for transfer, the maximum accommodation is 4 guests plus 5-6 suitcases. If you don't bring luggage, the maximum accommodation is 5 guests. 2.We are welcome guests who use manual wheelchair!!! Unfortunately, however, we can't handle some guests who use electronic wheelchair and can't move on their own. 3.In case of contact us, please reach out by "WhatsApp" or Text Message. You can not reach out us by call. 4. There are 4 options in the plan: Up to Tokyo 23 Wards, Haneda Airport, Tokyo Disney Resort or Narita Airport. Please select one option.

The driver contacted me two days before our scheduled pickup to give directions on where to meet and confirm the time of pickup. They arrived on time. The driver was very helpful with our luggage and the vehicle was clean and comfortable.

We made a change to our pickup time about a week in advance via Viator. For some reason the shuttle service didn't see the change. This did create some issues the day of pickup even though it was shown correct on our Viator ticket. However, they did what was needed to meet our needs. Pickup was on time and driver was very courteous. A lesson was learned. Always make sure your edited to the service in Viator is noticed by the company providing the service.

The driver was waiting for us, even though we walked out of cruise ship almost an hour earlier! Comfortable seats, polite driver and very smooth ride the the airport. Very recommend this company if you need a shuttle from cruise port to airports.
