Itinerary

Calderon Hondo

During the E-bike tour you will also participate in a little hike to the top of the Calderon Hondo, a volcano, overtaken by ground squirrels (chipmunks).

Lajares (Pass By)

You will ride through the vibrant local village of Lajares, full of surf enthusiasts, artisanal shops and colorful cafes.
Majanicho Beach

Your next stop is a charming and picturesque fisherman village Majanicho on the North Shore, where you will have a little stop to take some pictures and little break. On the way back over the North Shore you will have a little stop a the famous "Pop Corn beach", Mejillones as well.

Corralejo

You will finish your tour back in Corralejo and continue back to your hotel/pick up point.

Amazing experience....

Amazing experience. We went as a group of 3 and set out in the late afternoon and rode till just about sunset. It really is the best way to explore the north of the island: through the volcanic mountains, through a quaint fishing village , stopping at the “popcorn” beach and other places of interest. Our guide was such a cool dude, got us aquainted with our e bikes in no time and was always on hand to help with gear and guding us along the best paths especially when we went off road. He was very friendly and had the most interesting stories . Couldnt have asked for anyone better really. All in all we covered 35km of scenic views, from the top of the volcanic calderon to the serene waves at the popcorn beach. Best time spent on Fuerteventura.

A Brilliant 'E' Mountain Bike Tour... do it!

A real five star tour experience! From initial communication and booking with Darj at FuerteXperience to the brilliant cycle tour itself, it was a real highlight of our holiday. We were on a cruise and had arranged a pickup at the port which made things easier. The e mountain bikes were high quality and Bas was fastidious about getting the bike size and set up right. We were a total of four guests with Bas to guide, inform and encourage. He made sure we were all happy on our bikes and provided lots of interesting information as well as encouragement . Bas is passionate about providing a great tour and the island of Fuerteventura and the Canaries. We saw so much from the rim of the caldera of the oldest volcano in the Canaries to superb waves at 'Popcorn' beach. The e bikes take a lot of the strain and have four power settings so the 35km trip whilst still great exercise is not a 'killer'. If you are reasonably fit you will have a blast. My grown up son who accompanied me on the trip and is a keen cyclist, enjoyed the tour as much as me, and for a change we were able to agree on something! We both totally recommend the tour, FuerteXperience and Basof course the 'top chap' and guide.. a total highlight!

Fabulous tour, wonderful guide! So friendly and informative. We visited volcanoes, popcorn beach & saw stunning views throughout. Recommend so highly, my teenage daughter & I had a great fun afternoon! It was our first time on e bikes, we felt safe and confident & in very capable hands. Highly recommend this tour, just go for it!

Highly recommend the bike tour with Bas, it was the best day out of our holiday. Our teenage son loved it. Both he and my husband are cyclists and although I’m not, I thoroughly enjoyed it and the e-bikes made it a much easier ride than I expected. A great way to explore the island.
