Overview

The La Chorrera Adventure Park is located in the heart of the Eastern Mountain Range in the Department of Cundinamarca, only 30 kilometers (18 miles) east of Bogotá D.C. just a 1.5-hour drive away. It's a perfect spot for hiking with numerous trails and is also home to Colombia's highest waterfall! Choachí is the charming nearby town from which you will enter the park. The fragrant and delicate countryside flora, its beautiful hills, such as the viewpoint of La Chorrera, where you can observe all the splendor of a 590 meter (2000 foot) cascade fall are all reasons you will love this tour.

A day perfect day at Cascada Chorrera

Hansa was amazing with the very last minute booking, correct informations, easy payment. I have spent an amazing day with Melisa, my tour guid in the national park, she was kind, flexible, and informative, and selecet lunch place as per my taste or even better :-) That is why I have boooked her for another trip already :-) Driver was also nice, car was clean and fit for purpose.

Day Trip to La Chorrera Park

We had the experience if a lifetime visiting La Chorrera State Park with Oscar. He picked us up at our apartment in downtown Bogota and took us to the park entrance where we continued on foot. The day started out cloudy, but cleared off early and the views were breathtaking. I speak English with a small amount of Spanish, my girlfriend speaks Spanish. Oscar speaks both fluently, and gave us bits of info about the park history, the indigenous people that lived there, and was a pleasure to have show us around and guide us along the path. His manners were impeccable, he was friendly to all he encounters and makes the trip easier than it would have been alone by far. I recommend this gentleman to anyone wanting to experience this amazing area!

This tour was a wonderful escape from the city. The falls were beautiful with an incredible surrounding landscape. Linda our guide did an exceptional job explaining the landscape, making our experience fun and enjoyable with one another and assisting in creating a memory that won’t be forgotten.
