Overview

Territorio Luthier is enjoying the world of wine in a family winery where we decided long ago that making wine was not the only important thing, but knowing how to enjoy it and transmit it to those who want to enjoy it with us. We do not harvest large quantities of grapes, nor are we bound by the elaboration of specific categories. Just as a luthier patiently creates a musical instrument that delights the senses for many years, we make aging wines that can also be enjoyed over time. Our winery is located in a quiet place surrounded by nature. On the sunniest days we can enjoy the terrace, where the friendly forest dwellers sometimes come to visit us; roe deer, hares or foxes. Other days we enjoy the wine inside the winery, in our cozy tasting room. Live this experience with us and get a good taste in your mouth on your visit to the Ribera del Duero.

At the "Aranda de Duero-Norte" exit of the A-1 motorway, at the roundabout in front of the hotel, follow the indications for Territorio Luthier through a path that leads to the winery.

Itinerary

This visit to Territorio Luthier begins at the winery's facilities, where a tour is made through the different production rooms, discovering the methods that make Territorio Luthier a different project. From the curious techniques used in our viticulture, the work with varieties of strains in danger of extinction, to the fermentation tanks, passing through the unusual types of wood in which our wines are aged, Territorio Luthier does not leave its visitors indifferent and you welcomes you to enjoy wine as much as we enjoy making it. Once this extensive tour of the winery's facilities is over, we arrive at the tasting area, where we take a tour of the crianza and reserva wines that are made in the winery. Four red wines are tasted, normally from the aging and reserve categories, although the winery also makes white and claret wines and on some occasions we have the opportunity to taste them together with the visitors who come to the winery. If you are a wine lover, give yourself the pleasure of enjoying our wines in the middle of nature.

Best bodega in the Aranda area

If you do nothing else in the Aranda Ribero de Duero area, visit this wonderful bodega. In addition to the tour and tasting, we arranged to have a lunch prepared by our host. We had a private tour and tasting of some great and unusual wines followed by a paella lunch. I am not much of a rose drinker but their version blew me away. Cristina and the wine maker are great and entertaining people.

Fantastic tour given by one of the owners. Able to answer detailed questions on their entire winemaking process. Tasting was well done and informative. Excellent wine. Somewhat difficult to find but they have good signage as it is off the beaten path.

Did a guided tour of Ribera with a group of 8 people. Of the 3 wineries we visited this was my favorite. Excellent wines at a good price point. Bought several bottles to take back to the States.

We stopped in with a group of 10 and were treated to a great tour and even better wine tasting with tapas. The wines have great structure and Christina and Fernando clearly know what they are doing. This is a family owned winery and it shows in everything they do.
