Excellent customer service

I booked this transfer with Viator after finding out that our agents excursion was fully booked. We had changed the collection time once prior to our excursion which was easy and quick via the online chat. When on our cruise, we found out the night before that we couldn't leave the ship until later than originally planned so I rung Viator to change (10pm in the night) with the excursion booked for 9am the following morning. I was a little worried as it was so late. However, I rung and got through to someone straight away who changed and confirmed our booking with the local agent. They couldn't have been more helpful. When we arrived at the port, our driver was early and the vehicle was luxury, comfortable, spacious, clean and fully air conditioned. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, sharing some facts and recommendations. He was also on time picking us up with regular communication via what's app about pick up time. I can't recommend them highly enough and I would much rather travel like this than on a crammed, stuffy, non air conditioned bus for the same money with the travel company!! Thanks Viator

Whole Excursion a WOW!!

Our driver was very nice, hospitable and enjoyable. She picked us up right at the port and drove us where we wanted to go. She pointed out spots of interest on the drive. She dropped us off very near to our destination, set up out meeting spot and time and sent us on our way. She returned in a very timely manner exactly where she set up and then added a surprise, she took us on the streets of Monaco and drove us around the Gran Prix track including the hair pin turn and made the whole excursion a WOW!!!

The driver was pleasant and on time. The trip to and from the ship was without worries. We enjoyed Monte Carlo. The sites were beautiful.
