This walking tour takes you through a humble but evolving neighborhood, boasting a kaleidoscope of culture, traditional customs, and vivid colors. Walk down Memorial Boulevard to learn where the history begins, visit local mom and pop establishments like a fruit marketplace, bakery, apparel store (guayaberas) and cigar shop. While no food is offered on this tour (compared to our other tours) you will sample freshly brewed Cuban coffee. Your tour guide will answer any questions about the history, the people, and the politics. You will be introduced to Cuban exiles and the second generation who run the mom-and-pop shops. Recommendations for restaurants offering authentic food, best mojito bar, and Latin jazz music can also be provided to continue your Little Havana experience.

A Fantastic Introduction to a Vibrant Neighborhood

Kayan was an amazing guide to Little Havana! He did a great job of giving an overview of the community's history, and we even got to sample a few Cuban treats along the way (even though this isn't officially billed as a food tour)! We are so happy to have seen the neighborhood with a tour so we could maximize the experience.

Wonderfully educational and tasty

The tour with Cesar was fantastic! We got lucky and had him on our own. Not only we got to know about Little Havana, also got to hear his own experience living and leaving Cuba. Very educational and fun! We tasted nice snacks along the way. Little Havana is little area where you can feel like you're in a foreign country, but without a good guide, you'd miss a lot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour of little Havana. Our guide Cesar was high energy, interesting, and extremely knowledgeable about the history of Cuba and little Havana! The visit to Ball and Chain was a highlight!
