Excellent service all around! Drivers were prompt, courteous, and helpful, as was the reservation staff in accommodating our family staying at multiple area hotels. Won't hesitate to book with them again in the future!

Great private transport in Hokkaido

We booked this tour company to drive us from our hotel in Niseko Village to the Sapporo/New Chitose airport. Upon arrival into Sapporo we took a chartered bus from the airport, which was fine. But we didn't want to risk missing our flight and thought this private transport would be easier and more reliable. The driver was extremely professional and was waiting for us inside our hotel lobby with our name on a sign. He handled our luggage, drove safely, and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Highly recommend!

I was in hesitation before booking through Viator due to some of the bad reviews, but turned up its very great experience. The booking was confirmed after 30mins, and driver was so punctual even our requested pick up time was 6am, but he reached our hotel at 5.45am. I am very satisfied !!
