This was a new experience for my wife and I. We learned about the health benefits of olive oil during the tasting. It's not for cooking only. The visit to see the harvest of olives was hands on. Everyone was able to sit on the tractor used for shaking the olives out of the tree. The owner, George, was very personal and had a fun personality. The stories he told were funny and interesting. The small group of ten people made this personal.

This is a must stop, the olive oil and experience is worth the trip. History making of olive oil and then the tasting. The staff are wonderful and very informative.

The Governor’s Olive Mill offers a lovely and informative experience for anyone visiting Corfu. George and Eleni have created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where you can learn about olive oil production and taste their exceptional oils. The tour begins with a brief history of olive oil in Corfu, followed by a look at the production process at the mill. George shares his knowledge with enthusiasm, making the information accessible even for those new to olive oil. The small museum section includes interesting old tools and artifacts used in olive oil production. The next highlight is the tasting, where Eleni explains the different oils and how to appreciate their flavors. It’s a great opportunity to try something local and high quality. Overall, the experience is well-organized and enjoyable. George and Eleni make you feel welcome, and you can tell they care about what they do. If you’re in Corfu and want to learn more about olive oil, this is a great stop.

Loved George's sense of humor. There was also a very interesting tour of the factory, a lot of information about the production processes. Maybe there was a little lack of intensity in the tasting part, because everything happened very quickly and without wine :} It was also very fun to see the olive plantations. The time was spent meaningfully, we thank the whole team

My son & I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. We learnt so much information. The guide Yona was such a lovely young lady. She was so passionate & knowledgeable , it was infectious to be around. A real credit to your company. The olive oil tasting was great too . I would never have thought to put with yogurt in the morning. So interesting to hear about the work you are doing to change the quality of olive oil in Corfu. We also found the information about the medical benefits very interesting. Next we went to the oldest tree in Corfu & got some great photos. Spiros was also lovely & full of information. We would highly recommend this trip & would also do it again in the future. 10/10
