Come spend the day with (famed) chef Lat where she will lead you through the vast organic gardens then cook up a feast in the purpose built Thai cookery kitchen. * You'll learn 4 Thai recipes as well as make curry pastes, coconut cream, herbal drinks plus tour the micro-farm prior to cooking and harvest fresh organic produce prior to your cookery experience. * Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to attend this class - without exception. As our 'Island Organics Samui' website says, Chef Lat's classes teach you 4 traditional Thai recipes plus make a herbal drink, coconut cream & Thai curry pastes as well as a complimentary dessert. All mostly picked fresh from our vast micro organic farm where we grow over 70 types of fruit, veg & herbs. As our produce is grown mostly onsite recipes are kept to ā€˜Thai favouritesā€™ ensuring you a Thai culinary experience. My most memorable experience in Koh Samui

This was probably my top favorite activity Iā€™ve done in Koh Samui, it was incredibly educational and inspiring to learn about how Chef lat and her family built a whole organic garden and aquaphonic system to provide fresh and sustainable ingredients. Not only do you learn about the logistics but we also cooked 4 dishes from scratch and it was very delicious. The team was incredibly friendly and everything was set up professionally so I would highly recommend this experience to anyone interested in Thai culture and food!

The owner/instructor was amazing. Her knowledge and understanding of ingredients and care for the environment was something to experience yourself. She made it fun while giving top notch instructions along the way. I would take her course again and again.

This cooking class was so well organized, interesting and fun! We had a great time and felt like in Masterclass. Altogether I think, we did 4-5 courses per person, each in their own cooking station, all from delicious, organic ingredients (taste was better than in rertaurants)! Thank you a lot!

Very pleasant and educational experience! The entire process was very well organised and seamless - from pick up, drop off, cooking, learning and eating. Chef Lat and her team were very hospitable and the cooking class was facilitated in a well set up environment. Not only did we learn how to make many different types of Thai authentic dishes but we were also provided with practical tips when handling different ingredients we could use in our own home kitchen. We also got to hold a chicken during the farm tour. Great experience and recommended!

Chef Lat has created an excellent experience from garden to table. The recipes are delicious and food is carefully prepared as needed but otherwise there is full immersion in cooking. The tour and explanation of organic gardening is very cool. The kitchen is sparkling and perfectly arranged and helpful staff clean everything and the food is great quality. We loved it and recommend it for anyone visiting Koh Samui.
